These wrist prayer ropes are made by the monks themselves with prayer and love, out of pure, black 3-ply wool from Greece. They have a simple wool cross and are suitable for both men and women. These prayer ropes are convenient as they can be worn discretely around the wrist as a bracelet, and then taken off when one has a free moment for prayer during a busy day.
